Invincible Coaching caters to every individual seeking support and guidance in their journey toward personal fulfillment.
Founder Darshan Kaur Khalsa, member of the International Coaching Federation, uses personal interactions and exercises to reveal and develop mastery of your Invincible Core – that innate strength that allows each of us to triumph, to inspire, no matter what our circumstances or stage of life:
Young Adult (18-30)
We begin to find our own voice and differentiate from our parents. We struggle to understand the meaning of life, and what we want out of it. It is a time to reconcile with our growing experience of the world.
Early Middle-Age (30-45)
We are challenged by the competing demands of marriage, child rearing, career and self-care – demands that sometimes lead to feelings of stress or being overwhelmed.
Middle Age (46-60)
A time of new exploration, when children leave home and we may feel worn-out or bored with work and life. We begin to revisit our definition of success. Through death of parents, we start to ponder our own mortality and develop a new focus on ourselves: what is important, how to feel fulfilled and regain a sense of excitement in our lives. We look for purpose and meaning.
Late Middle-Age (60-75)
We are living longer and are healthier farther into old age. This emerging stage is often called “Prime Time”, and is a time of significant re-wiring. We face new choices in a retirement that can include continuing to work. Health, self-growth, relationships, legacy and generativity become our focus.
Old Age
As we decline, we learn to live with pain, growing physical limitations and dependency on others. We prepare for death and dying. We review our lives to address regrets and use our experience of self love to bring about forgiveness and feel gratitude. We focus on the spiritual.
